    LT Remodeling & Carpentry offers professional shop-applied trim finishing for homeowners, contractors, and builders. By finishing trim before installation, we can provide a smoother, more uniform finish than is typically achieved on-site while significantly reducing the amount of painting required after installation.

    Customers can arrange to drop off unfinished trim at our shop and pick it up when the finishing process is complete, making the process quick, convenient, and ideal for both small projects and complete home trim packages.

    Unless a specific product is requested, all painted trim begins with a premium high-build latex primer to help fill minor surface imperfections and create a smooth foundation for the finish coats.

    Whether you need priming only, paint-ready trim, or a custom stained finish, every piece is professionally sprayed in our shop for a durable, furniture-quality appearance.

    Starting Prices:

    High-Build Latex Primer - $1.25 / lineal foot

    Primer + Two Finish Coats - $2.25 / lineal foot

    Stain + Protective Clear Coat - $3.25 / lineal foot

    All prices include finishing materials.

    Minimum job: $200

    Smaller projects are welcome, but a $200 minimum allows us to provide the same attention to detail and professional finish on every order.
